Scope of services
Impleton provides consulting, documentation and filing assistance. Certificates and registrations are granted by government authorities and accredited certification bodies, not by Impleton.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and genuine information and documents. Delays or rejections caused by incorrect information are outside our control.
Fees and payments
Professional fees and government fees are quoted separately before work begins. Government fees are payable to the relevant authority and are non-refundable once a filing is submitted.
Timelines
Timelines shared are realistic estimates based on typical processing. Statutory authority processing times may vary and are not guaranteed by Impleton.
Confidentiality
All client information and documents are treated as confidential and used only for the engaged service.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any engagement is limited to the professional fees paid to Impleton for that engagement.
